By accessing and using the Asalah Competition platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or submitting any entry.
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals and teams worldwide. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Each team may consist of up to 5 members. Team leaders must hold a valid email address and are responsible for their team's submissions.
2. Submissions
All submissions must be original work created by the registered team. Entries must be submitted before the published deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. By submitting an entry, you confirm that the work does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Intellectual Property
Participants retain full ownership of their submitted designs. By entering the competition, participants grant the Asalah Competition a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and publish submitted works for promotional, educational, and archival purposes related to the competition.
4. Judging & Awards
Submissions are evaluated by an independent jury panel based on published scoring rubrics. The jury's decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Prize amounts are as published for each category. Winners will be notified via their registered email address.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must conduct themselves professionally throughout the competition. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry or participant that violates these terms, engages in plagiarism, or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate.
6. Changes to Terms
The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
